Shipping Policy

We ship to customers throughout the UK and internationally.

UK Delivery

• Standard delivery: 2-3 working days
• Express delivery 1-2 working days
• Free UK standard shipping on orders over £25, excluding Sample Sale purchases.
• Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur the applicable delivery charge, which is shown at checkout.

International Delivery
We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Where available, international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means any applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.
