That’s why we offer a Two-year warranty on all of our jewellery purchased here, covering any issues that arise from manufacturing faults. (On pieces purchased from 28.10.2025. Pieces purchased before this date benefit from a 1 year warranty). Our non-jewellery items benefit from a 1 year warranty.

Our gold vermeil products are solid sterling silver coated with a thick 2.5 micron plating of 18ct gold. Up to 5x thicker than the average gold plating and around 10x thicker than the average gold flash plating. No green skin here, we promise!
Store Properly: When you're not wearing your gold vermeil/sterling silver jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep your items separate to help prevent scratching.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your gold vermeil/sterling silver jewellery away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, household cleaners, chlorine, and abrasive substances. These chemicals can damage the gold vermeil plating and cause it to fade or sterling silver to tarnish.
Gentle Cleaning: To clean your gold vermeil/sterling silver jewelry, use a soft, lint-free cloth or a microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dirt, oils, and fingerprints. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh cleansers on our gold pieces, as they can remove or damage the gold vermeil layer. Do not use jewellery dips or ultrasonic cleaners. Our silver dip can be used on our solid sterling silver pieces only, without stones (other than diamonds)
Avoid Excessive Moisture: Minimize your jewellery's exposure to moisture, including water and humidity. Remove your sterling silver pieces before swimming, bathing, or participating in activities that may cause excessive sweating. Moisture can speed up tarnishing and potentially damage delicate gemstones or pearls.

How do I choose my ring size?
Please note that we offer free and easy exchanges, so if you order a ring and find that the size is not quite right, you can easily exchange it for the correct size.
The best way to find your ring size is to visit a local jeweller, who will be able to measure your finger accurately.
We now also offer free ring sizers, which can be added to your order directly from the cart drawer, making it easy to check your size at home.
Alternatively, you can use a printable ring sizer, although please be aware that these can sometimes be less accurate depending on how they are printed and used.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you’re based in the UK, returns and exchanges from our website are completely free, excluding sample sale items. If you need to return something, we’ll provide you with a free returns label, so there’s no return shipping cost to you.

How long does shipping take?
For UK orders, our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2-3 working days after dispatch. We also offer an express Royal Mail Tracked 24 option, which usually arrives within 1-2 working day after dispatch.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm, or over a weekend or bank holiday, will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
If you order after 12pm and need your order to be dispatched the same day, please email us at help@lerajewellery.com. We’ll always do our best to get it sent out for you that day!

Yes! We currently deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, UAE and European countries, but are planning to ship to even more places soon!
